Commission Vice-Chair James Wagner gave a presentation to the Presidential Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST) at their January 7 meeting in Washington, D.C. Dr. Wagner discussed the findings and recommendations of the Commission's study of the emerging field of synthetic biology.
